The problem
More than 12,000 supplier invoices a month were validated, coded and routed by hand across ARB's global accounts-payable teams. Every one of them was keyed, matched and checked by a person before it could be paid.
What we built
An end-to-end intelligent processing pipeline on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, integrated with JD Edwards. Invoices are read and validated, line items are coded against the systems of record the teams already run, and only the exceptions are routed to a person — with compliance reporting produced as the pipeline runs.
